All good performances whether in school or in a real workplace, start with clear goals. If you know where you are going, there is only one path that will get you there. And it’s the path where most eagles have taken. Borbon National High School, we believe, is the home of the eagles where services and commitment to quality education to the students are commendable.
Being one of the graduates of Borbon National High School, I pride myself in the information and knowledge I had acquired in my four years stay in high school. Although privilege is and will not always be bestowed to everyone, but still, I am proud that I was able to find work after high school. I was happy, on one part, that some of my high school friends (who are worthy of mention) were able to pursue their higher education.
I can recall, when we have our impromptu gathering at Lumapas— was so glad to note, that I can now address some of them as Teachers, Engr., MBA, RN, Hon, Capt., etc. while others kept their simplicity even to the change of time. Some of us who choose not to continue our college degrees were in fact enjoying the welcoming gestures and fair treatment from our peers who have gone far in their quest for knowledge.
Being a graduate of this beautiful institution of learning, whatever our present achievement will be, must think and act like an eagle— an eagle that can soar high. High above all life’s setbacks and prove that solid ambitions, far-reaching beliefs and hard work are much stronger that any challenges combined. So that at the time of acute difficulty, we can still manage to prove, again & again, that we are capable of rising above the challenges that others stumble over.
We have to remember that whatever choices we have made, it is important that we have set clear goals at the outset, for us to achieve prosperity at the end.
After all, WE, on our own, are the masters of our fate.
Options are always there for the taking but its better if we choose the right one.
LONG LIVE BNHS EAGLES! LONG LIVE AMBITIONS! LONG LIVE THE TEACHERS OF BNHS!
